An Open Invitation

Jimmy had heard people talking about the social networking site Deadbook around Yamaku for a while now. So he decided to give it a go, signing up and taking a long time trying to get the ins and outs of the site. His birthday was coming up pretty soon and he wanted to do something for it. He'd learned that the site could send messages to circles of people you weren't acquainted with if need be. After spending the next few days setting up some arrangements, he began to form his first post, set to be open for viewing by all the students of Yamaku, taking special care not to permit school staff to see this.

Hey guys, I know a lot of you don't know me yet, but I was hoping to set up a big party so I could get to meet some more of you and just get generally better acquainted with everyone and have a good time, so everyone's invited if you're interested. It's happening next Saturday (the 18th) after class. Probably about 7. I'm planning on renting a soundsystem for the night so we can all just blast our own music. I was thinking about setting up in the forest so we're nice and out of the way. If anyone's willing to help me set up some tables or something out there to hold the speakers and food and drinks or whatever, let me know as I'm having trouble getting my hands on that kind of stuff. Could we borrow with some from one of the art classrooms or something? Thanks, Jimmy (that one kid with the oxygen tank).
