Late night "training".

(Christopher is seen in a seemingly isolated section of the park surrounding Yamaku Academy. Christopher removes his shirt & proceeds to approach a tall tree, he then puts his hand up to the tree and eventually, punches the tree clear in half. Christopher's muscles are incredibly tense after his display of strength, and he then pulls the same hand he used to punch the tree close to his face and guickly grows hysterical.) {I've still got it in me, mom.} (He looks to the night sky and closes his eyes in admiration of his heritage.)

A sound pierces the silent night. A boy walks through the moon lit night

"Crap I think I'm lost in the park damn this darkness...." he says to himself. Looking around he sees a silhouette of someone standing near a tree stump
"Excuse me...Do you know where the nearest exist is a-" Stopping mid sentence looking at the cut in half tree.

(Christopher turns around quickly to see a tall Japanese youth in pure bewilderment. Christopher tries, but ultimately fails to cover-up his extensive body scars. Christopher decides to strike up a conversation with the youth in hopes of making the whole situation seem less awkward.) Hey there! (Christopher flashes a ham-handed smile at the youth.)

"H-hey....Ummm" He points at the tree with one of his crutches "Was that always there or am i here at the wrong time....?

I... Just got here myself. I found the tree like this, you see. (Christopher recovers his shirt and pulls it over his head until it eventually, completely envelopes his body.) I'm sure I've interupted something important on your part, sir. I do apologize for that.

"No you didn't i was just finding my way out I kinda got lost in all this darkness..." He forgot to intorduce himslef in the confusion
"I'm Takahashi, Yujji Takahashi."

Pleased to meet you, Takahashi. (Christopher is still shaken up by being found alone under such... Puzzling circumstances.) I'm senior Chirstopher Cook. I'm new here myself. How about you?

"Third year here. Pleased to meet you too." foreign name Yuuji thinks to himself "Are you an American?"

I figured word would have circulated around Yamaku already, but I am an American in all technicalities. I was born on an American military base in Osaka. (Christopher sits down on the stump that once was a mature tree.)

"Ah... that was probably an interesting childhood." He laughs as he takes a seat on the ground setting his crutches to the side.

Will you need help standing back up later, Takahashi? I just want to clarify that before we discuss anything else.

"No, I wasn't gong anywhere important anyway I was just heading to my dorm room."

I won't keep you long. So, anything different your third year at this school?

"To tell you the truth no. The school work just gets tougher is all other then that I have had some" in air quotes "Interesting encounters this the past week..."

(Christopher smiles like an excited schoolgirl for once in his young life.) Same here. Although I was born in Japan, all of the other schools I attended in the past don't compare to the homey aesthetic of this place. (Christopher looks to the starry night sky once again.) This is the type of place where time just seems to stand still.

"That is something I can agree with. Its going to be a great year i can tell" Yuuji lays back and closes his eyes for a moment

Don't fall asleep on me now, Takahashi. (Christopher chuckles at his comment.) Speaking of which, it's getting late. I'll need to hurry back to my dorm to prepare for school tomorrow.

"You go on ahead I'll catch up" He yawn pretty loud

Good night, man. Do me a favor and take it easy when standing back up. (Christopher bids Takahashi a farewell and takes off towards the dorm rooms.)
