(Open) Lunchtime.

*While Mai still heard that there is no good food in the cafeteria, she still wanted to pay it a visit due the grocery store being closed, she sat down at a table and took a look at the menu while silently muttering:*
"Now, what do i exactly want to test out...."

Chris sits at another end of the cafeteria eating slivers of raw venison. Occasionally, he will take sips from a half-gallon of milk.

*Mai stood up and walked through the halls, taking a sneak peak at what other students are eating , she eventually reached Cooks Table.*

Chris is startled by the sudden appearance of the white-haired girl. "Hey there... Um... Are you new here, ma'am?"

*Mai takes a second till she realized that she has been spoken to, she than turns her attention towards Cook.*

"Oh, i am indeed. Why do you ask, mister gentleman?"


(Its white hair btw )

*Thank you for the clarification.*

"I haven't once seen you around campus before. Is Yamaku to your liking thus far?"

"That is weird, i am around pretty often. And yes, Yamaku is to my liking thus far, there are some annoying things about it...Not talking about the whole murder affair but that is not important."
*She thinks for a moment before shifting her eyes back to mr Cook*

"Something on your mind, ma'am? Also, I'm senior Christopher Cook." Chris extends his only functional hand.

"No, not really. i am just basing what i want to try to eat by what other students eat...i dont really wanna eat anything which does not even taste. ...get the idea?".

Chris looks down at his remaining slivers of venison. I'm certain to come across as eccentric after doing this... "Could I... maybe interest you in some venison, ma'am?"

"What exactly is venision? "
*She asks that with a pretty asking expression.*

"Deer meat. It is rather rich meat."

"I really never tried it, what does it taste like?"

Chris is initially sluggish, but still insistent, on offering a small sliver of his raw venison to the white-haired girl. "Tell me what you think. By the way, I meant to ask your name."

"You ask a Japanese Lady her name without introducing yourself first? You know we consider this impoilte right?"
*She says that smirkingly*
"My name is Mai Nakamura."
*After pointing that out, she grabbed the Venision and ate it. Her face turned silly*
"Is this raw meet?"
*She does not look too happy with it.*

"Oh... I introduced myself earlier. It could be that I'm not a particularly interesting character... If you were to stop eating that piece of meat, you wouldn't be hurting my feelings, Mai-san."

*Mai just reallised her fuck up*
"Ohhhhh sorry, i am still a little down from yesterday evening . And i wasn't trying to be offensive, not with the small joke and not with the meat. I am just not a big fan of raw meat."

"I can honestly sympathize..." Chris finishes what's left of the sliver of meat Mai rejected. "Since you're still relatively new to this school, Mai-san, have you considered joining any school clubs?"

"I did not even know there are any."
*Mai looks pretty thought full.*
"At least no one ever told me about any. What kind of clubs are there?"

"That depends. What are your interests, Mai-san?"

"I like a lot. Really. I have nothing i excel at, but i have a lot of things i like doing."

"I don't mean to pry, but would you care to share with me some of your interests?"

"Everything! Art, music, video games....Everything really. "

This girl is surprisingly easy to relate to. I'll play it safe and stick to pressing her on her interest in music. "Do you have a favorite band or artist?"

"I actually listen to American music a lot, because we do not have any bands creating the genre. Now i do not understand the lyrics,but it sounds epic, and chances are the lyrics are pretty nice as well. The Genre is called Synth Rock."
