(OPEN) A Bit of Studying

Itsuki sat in the library, taking in his surroundings. He wasn't one to normally visit the library, but he promised Haru he would train her in return for help studying. So he sat in the library, rocking back and forth, waiting.

[I'm hoping you actually meant to mark this as open and it wasn't a mistake ]

Sitting at a nearby table is Hawke, browsing Deadbook on his laptop. The day had been slow - the library was mostly full of people studying for the final exams (which didn't bother Hawke on any level - his opinion favored the idea that exams were an inaccurate portrayal of one's skills, in the real world you wouldn't study for months before tackling specific problems at work. He preferred the natural approach: trusting his instincts. In reality that was just an elaborate lie to compensate for the fact that he couldn't remember anything even if he tried, but nobody knew that.)

He was currently in the process of writing a long and rambling message to one of his old flames in England - his latest project was procuring some "interesting" photos of her - and kept getting distracted by Itsuki rocking in and out of his peripheral vision. After a few minutes of the persistent rocking, Hawke stopped typing and locked eyes with the side of Itsuki's head, waiting for him to register Hawke's dark eyes boring into his very skull, sending the telepathic image of Hawke systematically removing pieces of Itsuki's face in an attempt to finally becalm him.

Itsuki finally noticed Hawke glaring at him. Ignoring the obvious anger in Hawke's eyes, Itsuki smiled and waved. "Hey Hawke," he called, rocking back and forth even more rapidly. "How are you?" He was immediately shushed by a number of students. He gave them an apologetic wave.

Oh, shoot... I've met him before. Where?

"I'm fine." Hawke says with an air of confusion, frowning slightly while he tries to remember who the boy is.

After a disapproving glare from a Freshman, Hawke indicates for Itsuki to join him at the table he was on so they could speak quieter.

Itsuki came over to Hawke and sat in the chair next to him. He then started rocking back and forth on that chair.

"Hey Hawke, how have you been," asked Itsuki, "I haven't seen you since the day after we went out for pizza." He smilled and joked, "Don't you know it's rude to not call after the date?"

Pizza...?

Hawke's Face dropped.

Kappa guy. I suppose I have to be nice now he's next to me.

"I'm not one for dating. More of a one night stand kinda guy." He says with a grin. "I've been keeping a low-profile recently."
