{Private} A long awaited meeting

Hitomi awakens at the sound of raised voices.

"Hmm? Uwa~!"

She yawns and walks out rubbing her eye.

'When they are old enough they will know.'

She hears her "father" say these words as she enters the living room/kitchen area. She notices a strange woman talking to him.

"What will I know Papa?"

She looks at him with a curious, yet tired, look.

I immediately stop before uttering another word, turning to face the new voice, in the air. A girl. So that's his daughter. I never knew what her mother looked like but I can see hints of Mike in her face. I smile a little at the thought. "So sorry to have awoken you. I think...I'll take my leave now." I look back at Kurai and grimace.

He puts on a fake smile and walks her out.

"See ya around Eos. It was nice seeing you again!"

He closes the door behind her and looks back at Hitomi.

"Hitomi...we need to talk...I...I'm not your real father. Uncle Mike is..."

She waves at Eos before looking at Kurai.

'Hitomi...we need to talk...I...I'm not your real father. Uncle Mike is...

Upon hearing these words, she feels her world shatter around her. She starts crying.

"B-But...Uncle Mike is dead! This isn't true!"

She runs over and hugs him tightly.

"Papa please tell me this is a joke! Please!"

He hugs her back as he cries with her.

"I wish it was...I raised you two after he died. I'm sorry you had to find out this way."

She let's go of him and runs into her room, locking the door behind her. She falls on her bed and sobs herself back to sleep.
