How Deadbook Works
Figured I should clarify a bit exactly how Deadbook's posting system works, and what made the platform so very popular. Basically, you can think of it as the perfect match between Facebook and Google + - most of it works exactly like FB, with the ability to make posts, share photos, etc. But the selling point is its "circles" system. By default, every person with an account automatically becomes part of several "circles", which you can sort of consider to be like Facebook groups. There's a circle for their friends (as in, the people they personally added), their colleagues, their schoolmates, the people from their city, etc. They can also create and join custom circles. Everything you post on Deadbook can be shared with one, several or all of the circles that you are a part of, and while the settings can be easily changed, the default one is "all". Thus, anyone who's part of your circle can see and comment on your post, even if they don't personally know you.
