[Private] "It's A Trap!"

After almost dying a...34th time-is it?-since I originally came to this school I can't help but feel trapped over and over again by Kuriko.

Strangely, though, I do really like her.

I~...can't explain.

"Sorry that I left there a second. Something...made me let go-but it was nothing important-don't worry about it!"

"How can I not worry about my little Satoshi-Chan? ... Veach-chan... Satochan? Sachan? Hell, I don't know, Satoshi-woshi!" [I r no good at honorifics]

She gives him a teasing pat on the shoulder. "I'm glad you finally realised I was the one for you, 'Toshi."

She may come across as an all-confident, all-powerful vixen, but inside Kuriko was an emotional nightmare. Satoshi was the only person that had ever interested her like that... Well... the only GUY that had interested her... Except Tiberius Hawke senior. But who wouldn't fall for that hunk of pure sex appeal?

Heh... has he realised though? It's only a date to the school dance... maybe I over-thought this.

'Satochan? Sachan?'

Ugh-God...

'Hell, I don't know, Satoshi-wo-'

"I don't care what you call me-just pick one!"

'I'm glad...'

Wow...Her voice had a much more serious underlay within her words just then...

"What do you mean?"

The way Kuriko always acts is alien to me.

I was never the type to have social contact until recently let alone have some sort of romantic contact.

In all honesty, to me, she seemed like just a flirt. As if that's just how she had fun.

But she accepted my request for companionship to the dance. So what does that mean?

Does she really like me as much as she's acting?...

"I mean I'm obviously the one for you. Golly." Kuriko rolled her eyes as her mother had taught her to, and then closed her eyelids and let Satoshi lead them on.

I hope I haven't blown this... Why can't I be serious for once?! I'm probably just coming across as a flirt...

"Maybe we should... spend some time together before the dance? Get to know each other a little more. Maybe go to the Shanghai or the forest?" She says, beaming at Satoshi. "And who knows... maybe we'll find something out about each other that we REALLY like!" the fiendish grin makes a return then and there.

Gotta at least keep him on his toes, can't hand feed him this whole relationship.

There's that flirty sound of her's again.

I don't know why, though, but her vocal signature sounds less toying for once.

*G*"You overflow with confidence, don't you?"

'...or the forest?'

*pop*

the bit of bloody cotton in my nostrils fall out and I start to get another nose bleed.

She could be meaning something.

...Ugh-God.

The forest is one of my spots, though. I could take her to the worry tree, after all.

Either way, I doubt her intentions are inpure like that.

"How about the forest?"

Now I look at her blank face and see her evil smile.

-HHH~~HO-LEE SCHITE!-THEY ARE!

It's too late. There is no turning back now.

"Satoshi? You ok there skipper?" Kuriko asks nervously as a warm liquid sprays her face. [Shut up.]

"I-I-I'm-I'm-"

*Tap!*

A quick trick to make yourself calm down without a chill pill.

Punch yourself (moderate strength should do the trick) somewhere that makes this trick only available for men.

*KMM! kehmm-hmmm!*

I quickly inhale through my nose and recover my cool at the expense of probably feeling that for a bit.

"I'm okay."

I'm lucky she's blind, otherwise she'd see me mouth something with a hurt face.

*G*('God, that really-*E*fucking-hurt like Hell!')

"So, anyway, off we go!"

We reach the tree line into the forrest. There is a small path fit for single file that disappears later in the trail.

"We~ may have a slight issue, but it's no big deal. The path through the forest is too narrow for two so I'll have to guide you from behind."

"After that, the path deminishes into growth so I can-..."

It would probably be bad to guide her through that.

*E*Just say it, big guy. She ain' nu'in' 'o worry 'bout.

"...So I can carry you the little bit after that."

"What fucking hurt like hell?" Kuriko giggles, and continues walking on.

"I can understand English you know."

[I mouthed it in German.
The only word I mouthed in English was 'Fucking' because, if my friend is correct with his German class, that word doesn't have an equivalent in German.]

[Whoopsie!]

"Carry me eh~?" Kuriko grinned, "That sounds... fun!"

I chuckle at Kuriko's unexpected responce.

Well...actually, for her, that isn't too surprising.

I put my hands on both of her shoulders and walk behind her as we enter the path. Even on today's temperature my hands feel quite warm. Once again putting emphasis on my circulation.

Our foot steps grow ever closer to the point in question.

Stepping over the vines and roots on the floor is tricky work for a blind girl, and Kuriko has to feel forwards with her feet every time she takes a step.

A few minutes into the trek Kuriko tries to make conversation, "So, Satoshi, you still hang out with Haw-"

BLAM.

Kuriko's face connects with a low hanging branch and subsequently the floor.

A face full of dirt. Nice.

She rolls onto her back and groans, and a large purple bruise appears over her right eye.

DAMMIT, SATOSHI-get your SHIT together!

"Kuriko~, are you okay? Come on, speak to me."

"How-how many fingers am I holding up?"

I hold up four but in the 'greetings' way to provide a little more challenge. Enough to make it an actually reasonable test for someone who was knocked down.

With my other hand I rub Kuriko's mark.
