(Open) Oolong

Sumiko sits in the tea room with the peaceful silence.A few student are there with her but she sits alone on a table far away from the entrance.
The dance was every fun. She thinks to herself before drinking some tea
I'm curious on how it went with Rachel...
She rest her head on the table and takes a small nap. Being up all nearly all night for the dance did a number on her.

(Rachel enters the now vacant tea room. Spotting a fast asleep Sumiko, she quietly pulls up a chair next to her and proceeds to rub her back gently.){Chris must have worn the poor girl out the other night.}

Sumiko slightly reacts to the back rub as she moves. Adjusting herself to be more comfortable...
"I....dance...."
She begins drooling

(Rachel debates whether she should stop caressing Sumiko's back or not. She ultimately decides to continue. Rachel manages to catch hold of what's left of Sumiko's deficient arm. She immediately stops doing what she was doing upon hearing Sumiko jump up in fear.) Sumiko-san, I'm so sorry.

Sumiko crawls back a couple of feet
"W-what are you doing....!?"
She grips her right arm (whats left of it) looking like she is about to cry

(Rachel speaks in a soft spoken voice in an attempt to remedy the misunderstanding.) Take it east there, Sumiko-san. I was rubbing your back while you where asleep... (Rachel ponders on continuing describing how she mistakenly felt Sumiko's defective arm.) This will be our little secret, okay? (Rachel smiles warmly at a frightened out of her wits Sumiko.)

Sumiko stays silent for a bit still griping on her right arm but she calms down a bit and nods. She gets in close but keeps her distance.
"P-Please don't let your brother f-find out...."
She grabs her tea then takes a sip

(Rachel gets right up next to Sumiko and places a hand on one of her shoulders.) You tell him when you are most comfortable with doing so, okay?

SUmiko flinches at the touch.
"I-I will... Thank you Rachel-chan."
She give a weak smile
"W-what brings you here?"

I have always wanted to see this room firsthand. Do you tend to spend a lot of time in here, Sumiko-san?

She shakes her head
"No I-it's my first time in here."
Sumiko holds up the cup of tea
"You want some it's Oolong..."

I would love some tea. Thank you, Sumiko-san. (Rachel grabs a nearby cup and saucer and patiently waits for Sumiko to pour her some tea.)

Sumiko pour whatever tea is left onto Rachel cup only filling about half of it.
"Rachel-chan how did you spending your evening at the dance?"

(Rachel reclines in her seat.) Well, I was Yu-kun's the entirety of the night. Have you ever seen him dance before? I guess it came naturally to him. How about you? Did my brother treat you well at the dance, Sumiko-san?

so many questions.....
Sumiko takes another sip before speaking
" E-even though your brother was a bit late... I still had a great time with him."
She blushes and giggles
"Neither me or him could dance but I could not have asked for more that night..."
"A-As for Yuuji I didn't know he could dance at all..."

(Rachel finally decides to stop talking long enough to take a few sips of the tea Sumiko prepared.) "Do you think he might have took up dancing in order to impress me?" (Rachel begins blushing.)

"T-thats a possibility Rachel-chan..."
Sumiko begins giggling
"Your brother when he came running to pick me up got on his knees an begged me to forgive him for being late. I guess when you really love someone they will be willing to do anything."

(Rachel's both smiles and chuckles at her brother's submissiveness.) You and my brother's relationship is befitting of something off of the silver screen. I hope I can one day attain the same with Yu-kun. (Rachel takes another sip of her tea.)

Sumiko finishes her tea
"How is he treating you by the way?"
She tilts her head curious

Well, with finals just around the corner, I figured that's why he hasn't kept in touch me as of late. I'm more concerned about my brother. The last time I saw him he looked exhausted. Would you happen to know why he's been avoiding his sister and friends, Sumiko-san?

"I wish I knew Rache-chan but I don't have a clue."
Sumiko sighs
"Even as his girlfriend, I would think he would tell me but...."
She shakes her head disappointed and worried

(Rachel places a hand on one of Sumiko's slouched shoulders.) "I sympathize with your concerns, Sumiko-san. We need to find a way to trap him. We'll force him to confess to why he's decided that he can't come to us with whatever is troubling him." (Rachel smiles warmly in hopes of raising Sumiko's deterred disposition.)

B-But what if it's something we should not meddle in... I-I don't want to think that i don't trust him..."
Tears start to from in her eyes

{I don't want to think that my brother would do something irrational that would cost his life...} (Rachel stops caressing Sumiko and looks straight into her eyes.) "Sumiko, you need to be more concerned about final exams coming up. I'll see what I can do to lure Chris out of his protective shell he's created for himself. Do you have any clue as to where he spends his time outside of school?"

SUmiko tries to calm down and thinks for a few moments
"T-the forest may be the best place E-either there or the rooftop..."
