"Always a good day to start the day," said Itsuki.

His brow wrinkled as he felt something wet hit his shoulder.

"We're going to have to do a little more running though."

"What, are you afraid of a little rain?" Haru teased.

Itsuki felt another drop.

"Not a little rain," he replied despondently.

He stared off into the distance showing little emotion.

"Alright, let's find someplace dry."
Haru began to walk off, motioning to Itsuki to follow her.

Itsuki didn't seem to notice. Instead he he continued to stare into the distance. Occasionally he his brow would furrow or his eyes would close.

Haru stopped and noticed that Itsuki wasn't following her. She turned around and shouted to him playfully
"Hey, are you just gonna stand there all day? C'mon!"
She grinned to herself.

Itsuki seemed to snap out of whatever trance he was in.

"Yeah, I mean, no. I'm coming." He hurried and caught up with Haru as the rain began to pick up.

As the rain began to grow more persistent, Haru ran for cover inside the gym. Once she was inside, she sighed and lifted down her hood.

"Oh yeah, a hood would have been good," said Ituski, running a hand through his wet hair.

The rain outside became more violent to the point where it was almost like a waterfall. "It's raining pretty hard. Good thing we got here just in time."

It was about time that Haru asserted herself. She stepped out and grabbed his umbrella. "You'll have to share it, then. I'm not staying in here with a bunch of sweaty jocks... er, no offense..."

"Alright," said Itsuki smiling broadly, "Fine by me." He moved so the umbrella gave decent coverage to each of them.
"No offense taken by the way. I'm not even really a jock."

As Haru was walking, holding the umbrella over the two of them, she said to Itsuki. "Now, don't get any wrong ideas. Let's hurry before someone sees us."
