[OPEN] First week of school; DONE!

The final bell rings and it's the weekend, Asterick bursts through the entrance doors, "Ah! First week of school is over!", he high fives himself in such a fashion that he feels pathetic after, but then does it again with a big smile.

"Ahahaha! This weekend shall be a fun one", he sits down on the grass in the courtyard and sighs a sigh of happiness.

(Christopher notices the brown haired student next to him and decides to introduce himself.)
Hey there! I'm senior Christopher Cook, but feel free to call me "Nine" if it's easier for you.

Asterick looks up, "Hmm? Oh!", he gets up, "Hello! My name is Asterick, nice to meet you", he wiggles his left stump a little,

"Are you new here?"

Sorry, I didn't meant to startle you, friend. Yes, sir! I've been living in Osaka for about three weeks now. (Christopher takes note of Astericks's deficient arm and thus slaps his right pant leg and a clanging sound is produced.)

"Three weeks? Where are you originally from?", Aterick has a curious expression, it's the first time he's met anybody with an American name.

I was actually born on an American military base not too far from here. How about you, friend? What do you identify as "home"?

Asterick ponders for a moment, this is something he still does not know, not wanting to freak Chris out with a philosophical rambling of not knowing what's home, he simply says "I don't know, I think I am homeless in that department", but then he thinks again, "I think Yamaku is physically my home but emotionally/family-wise, like, homeless. So I guess I consider my mind my home", he smiles huge, silly and kid like but genuine.

(Not knowing how to properly respond to a smile, Christopher simply responds to Asterick's warm gesture by delivering his best smirk.) So, what are your interests, Asterisk? Me, I am an avid gamer; mostly playing rpg's & first-person shooters.

"I am a writer and a gamer, I used to play console games but then", he wiggles his left stump, "That happened. But MMOs can be played with one hand and some RPGs as well so nothing has stopped me from that yet!", he gives a self-comforting smile.

What is it, you finished one week of school, and you talk about gaming?

*He steps out of the sadows from a tree*

I mean,you can always check out the mall,the busses drive again.

Asterick laughs, "Oh Setsuna, I'm gonna take a visit to there soon. I would like to travel the city for a day, just waiting for the right day. It may be tomorrow though, because I hear there is a nice little cafe where the woman are dressed in maid outfits", Asterick chuckles a little at the thought.

[only in Japan will that ever exist, which they do. LOL]

I've spoken to the owner just a day before, Ai Futeki it is. Nice Lady. But i do not like the idea of maid caffees. Maybe because i am philophistic, who cares.






(I am from germany, and we have maid caffees here,but our relationship with japan is special anyway)

"Ah! I just want a hangout place, really. A coffee shop would be nice but maid cafes are like the same thing but with maids. I like philosophy as well, and the philosophy behind a maid cafe is one beyond me",

ugh...You know,philophistic got nothing to do with philosophy,right?

"I do know this, I studied a lot of things while laying around on lazy summers. Too much, probably. But makes classes a little more easier", he smiles and yawns while stretching his arm.

Allright. Well, if you can enjoy maid caffee's because of maids, i guess that is cool for you.

People are glaring at me already when i buy too much mangas at once, i just wonder why. But well,than again,it could be only me.

"Manga is neat; but reading time lately has been filled with little online lessons about paradoxes and articles about them. I don't know why but I feel there's some deeper meaning to them, who knows?"

You rather not get to much intel about it,if you rae to intelligent, or else it will end up getting depressing and makes you paranoid. Isn't a good thing really.

(Christopher can be seen nibbling away on a packet of raw vension whilst Asterisk & Setsuna converse. Christopher faces Setsuna.) Pleased to meet you, Setsuna. (Given Christopher's limited Japanese, he stumbles over Setsuna's name. Christopher then hunches over in embarrassment, but learns to regain his stoic composure.) Maid cafes, you say? I have always wanted to see one for myself. I mean, I have been all over the world, but I have never seen anything as peculiar as a restaurant where the servants are so... Friendly.

I can threat you too.

But do you not mean attractive? I Mean they are literally running around in dresses with foxy ears. Miss Futeki really got something for that.

I may just have to take you up on your offer, Setsuna. I will be in your debt if our little "trip" proves to be entertaining.

Dept? I am rich. I have literally too much money to spend it at all. You dont have to stay in my debt,this is why i treat you.
