{private} Heartfelt discussion

Kurai sighs as he logs off Deadbook. The love of his life saw him talk about being lonely and was hurt. Something he never wanted.

"Way to go Kurai you stupid piece of shit. Fifteen years go by and you still fuck things up."

He sinks down into his desk chair and softly cries out of fear of owing her again.

A few hours later, just after sunset, Andrea finally comes home, carrying a bag of groceries. She takes off her shoes and walks in the apartment, then places the bag on the table without really acknowledging Kurai.

He hears somebody arrive home and walks out.

"Hitomi? Andrea? Welcome back."

He notices it is Andrea looking slightly upset.

"Hey...I'm sorry."

'No, I'm sorry' she turns around and looks at him. 'I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you. Look, for the last fifteen years I've tried my best to learn how to be a good girlfriend to you. I tried to make myself look pretty for you, I tried to be smart enough to support you, and I tried to learn how to pleasure you even though I'm friggin' terrified to my core every time I see a naked guy. But it's not working! I wanted to be flawless for you, I wanted to leave all my problems behind me and focus on helping you, but I still cry myself to sleep every single night because of shit that happened twenty years ago! I'm not the perfect woman I need to be, and I'm sorry I thought that I could make you happy as I am'

He walks over and embraces her tightly.

"Shh...shh. Andrea you're perfect. For fifteen years I waited. You could've come back totally different then what you are now and I'd still love you. I got scared you didn't love me because you were gone without telling me and thought you left me again. Andrea I love you with all my heart and you make me so happy. Don't feel like you should be sorry when you have done nothing wrong."

'I'm not perfect at all... But thank you' she says, barely holding her tears back. 'I'm sorry I left like that, but after last night, I just wanted to get out for a bit and clear my head. I should've left a note, but... I'm not used to this yet'

"Andrea it's fine...I did it all the time, so I guess it was payback."

He chuckles trying to lighten the mood before looking at her sternly.

"Andrea. You are perfect. Trust me. You are everything I ever wanted and more."

'No, I'm not' she shakes her head. 'I just want to be good enough for you. Don't you get it?' Andrea asks, with a faint smile on her face. 'This is what I want to do with my life. I want to be by your side, like we promised. I honestly don't know what I would've done if you rejected me...'

"Andrea, don't you get it? You are good enough for me. You always have been. If you weren't I wouldn't have waited for you. I want you by my side always. Always and forever."

He smiles softly before lovingly kissing her.

She closes her eyes and kisses him back. 'You have a point there' she winks playfully at him, then turns towards the bag she brought in. 'Hey, wanna see what I got?' she asks and smirks, obviously having something in mind.

"Sure I do. I wonder what it could be."

He smiles excitingly.

"Is it something we'll both enjoy?"

'You bet!' she smiles and walks over to the bags. One of them is full of groceries, but the other one has some sort of wrapped clothing in it. 'Hey, Kurai, ever heard of the Kitsune Kissa?'

"I've heard of it...isn't it some maid strip club kind of thing?"

He notices she bought groceries for them.

"Oh you didn't have to do that. Hitomi usually gets groceries and she will get pretty flustered when she sees you did this."

He chuckles softly as he looks at what she got for food.

'Oh, sorry, I didn't know that! Well, in that case, you should put them away before she sees them! But before that, take a look at this!' she takes the package and starts opening it. 'Yeah, it's a maid cafe, one of the most popular ones in the country! And guess who just got a job as a manager there!' she smirks and reveals the contents of the package - an extremely sexy maid uniform that's exactly her size. 'Just so you know... I can wear this wheneeeever I want' she winks playfully.

"O...Oh my..."

He blushes softly before remembering that she got a job as manager.

"Congratulations babe! I'm proud of you!"

He kisses her softly and gives her a quick one armed hug.

"I can't wait to see you in that. But watch out for creepy perverts. The only creepy pervert who can have you is this guy."

He points to himself and winks.

'Oh, I am totally okay with that! In fact... If you're up for it, maybe I can give you a little sneak peak at what I look like in it...' she whispers and winks.

He stammers at the thought of it.

"I...I...Okay. I would like that. But we have to make sure we get no...guests...like last time."

'Oh, right, I totally forgot about that!' she laughs. 'Any idea when Hitomi's coming back?'

"No....she is probably with that boy she likes."

He frowns disappointingly as he recalls his conversation at the tea house.

"Andrea...you said something that I haven't asked about...something about being scared of naked men. Why is that?"

'Eh? Oh, that... D-don't worry about it, okay?' she smiles awkwardly and waves her hand. 'It's all in the past now! There's no need for you to worry about such things! I'll just... go in the other room and put the uniform on! Okay? Sounds good? Great! Excellent! Be right back!' she replies nervously and starts walking towards the nearest open room.

"Andrea...tell me."

He grabs her arm softly.

"Please tell me. Then you can go put it on if you'd like."

Andrea sighs. 'It's nothing, really. Just a phobia, that's it. I'm over that now, I promise' she says weakly, not being very convincing in her argument.

"Sure doesn't sound like it sweetie."

He crosses his arms and looks at her, seeing completely past her statements.

'I just... D-do we really need to talk about this? Now?'

"If you don't want to now that's okay. But I'd like to talk about it someday soon..."

He smiles softly to show he cares for her.
