Yuuji walks back with the box in hand"I'm sorry guys where were we?"

"No worries, Cook. My reason is kind of similar to your's in a few properties."

Perhaps they would understand since none of us are fit for it.

That girl I met a while back in Megumi's room? I wonder what her reason for coming up here is.

I add a grin and chuckle afterwards.

Yuuji laughs at Veach response. "Thanks.."
He shakes his head grinning.

(Unbeknownst to the other three boys, Christopher has buried his face in his copy of "Curious George".)

My eyes latch on to the familiar book with the bright yellow cover and nostalgia punches me in the face.

"Hey I remember that book. My parents used to read it to me a while back."

It was in English but there's no mistaking that cover.

It wasn't those books which turned me into a reader but any old book from growing up always makes me remember how old I'm getting.

(Christopher doesn't take his eyes off of the book even for a second, but it's somewhat obvious that he's trying to mask his blushed face.) I only read these types of books for the colorful imagery.

"May I take a look?"

I don't notice because I really anticipate being able to read it.

(Christopher cautiously hands Satoshi the book, and then proceeds to stare at the floor.)

"I love this one, man."

I myself have always had little shame in much.

A smile crosses my lips while I turn the pages and study the words inside.

(Christopher speaks in very low tone.) I'm not ashamed to be seen reading a children's book, Satoshi... I 'm glad to see you enjoy it though.

"Hey, I just said I love the book. Sheesh."

My eyes barely pay attention to Cook, though. Absorbed in thought and memories.

"Satoshi give him the book back come on."

"Alright, alright."

I hand the book back.

*English* "Here, man."

"Curious George is the shit", Asterick says, "Its a childhood memory of mine, I'm not ashamed to admit I still cuddle a friggin' wubby to sleep", Asterick smiles with his hand on his back.

(Christopher, thinking he's angered Satoshi, quits his moping around and stands up to remove the book from Satoshi's hands.) Hey, guys, I may just have to show you all the kinds of books I can be found reading someday. Yamaku's library is quite impressive.

"Really?"

My interest is heightened.

Perhaps there's books on military history there. Maybe even on the Gulf Wars.

"I think I'll have to check out the books there some time, then."

I think to myself how that could sound to others like the worst pun on the face of the planet.

"...No pun intended."
